Artis' clients include vertically integrated owner/investor/operators of commercial real estate spanning all property types, including retail, hotels, multifamily, office, industrial and key sub-segments such as mixed use and health care. The end goal is to achieve favorable, efficient and timely capital markets execution enabling clients to implement their long-term investment strategies. Our services include:
